We use our own management software to manage job postings and job searches. What data is collected from the workplaces?
Log in as an employer: To post job listings with us, you must create a profile. The following information is stored in this profile: Profile number, title, name, address, alternate billing address, phone number, login email address, contact persons along with their specific contact details (title, first name, last name, position if applicable, phone number, cell phone number, email address (if provided)).
When a job posting is created via STAV e.V., the following data is recorded as part of the posting: Offer number (automatically generated), title, contact person (with the data already mentioned), job category, description, tasks, requirements, salary offered, number of positions, number of placements, wage, wage type, job duration, time commitment, start date, application type, language skills, location on the job list, selected competencies, placement number(s)
What student data is collected?
Student Login: To be considered for job openings posted on our site, you must create an account—as part of the account creation process, we also verify the enrollment status of registered users (required due to STAV e.V.’s status as a student organization at Dresden University of Technology). The following data is collected in the student profile: profile number, first name, last name, date of birth, enrolled until (date), phone number (if provided), email address, mailing address.
